It's mostly because it's rare we get an episode that's told entirely from Anais' point of view. With all that being said, this is still fun to watch. Some of the jokes were a tad predictable. There's this Newgrounds series called "Nwar" that does it perfectly. I have seen the noir genre parodied a lot of times before.
I admit that it was easy to tell that Darwin was the one who put the doll in the trash. It turns out that every one of her predictions is true and everything happens the exact same way she wanted it.
